At ZenAura, we take pride in providing high-quality candles designed to bring peace and relaxation into your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

 

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned or used.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

 

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Final sale items

Refunds
 Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

 

 

Return Shipping
